Building Green
Cedar Knolls Recognizes the value of Building Green and has extensive experience, using the most advanced sustainable designs and techniques available. Our homes use 20% more lumber than field built homes for stronger construction and better quality but generate less waste than traditional field-building techniques. Our Factory construction allows for tighter quality controls and multiple inspections by an independent engineering firm and our homes are typically more than 15% more energy efficient and are Energy Star compliant.
