Each home is custom designed. Typical modular features today include bay windows, fireplaces, custom kitchens with solid surface counters, hardwood floors and much more. The home is than built off site in a climate controlled environment, protected from the elements.

Precision automated tooling used in the manufacture results in straighter walls, square corners, and flatter ceilings. A modular home will use approximately 20% more lumber than a similar stick built home. Yet they produce approximately 50% less waste.

Once the home is set on site it is weather tight. Faster closing times are achieved since weather delays are rarely an issue.
